Kriyayog
Ancient Yogic Science of Self-Realization
What is Kriyayog?
Kriyayog is an ancient yogic technique to tune your body, mind and intellect for higher realization. It teaches pranayamas and mudras to trigger kundalini awakening, allowing practitioners to achieve deeper states of consciousness and spiritual awareness.
These sacred techniques were mentioned in the Yoga Sutras by Sage Patanjali (400 CE) and have been preserved through an unbroken lineage of masters. The science of Kriyayog was revived in modern times by Himalayan Mahavatar Babaji, who transmitted this knowledge for the benefit of all humanity.
Kriyayog supports chronic health recovery and effectively addresses depression and anxiety. Through regular practice, seekers develop enhanced concentration, inner peace, physical well-being, and ultimately, self-realization.

Mahavatar Babaji

Mahavatar Babaji is the immortal Himalayan yogi who revived the ancient science of Kriyayog. He is the guru of the lineage that includes Lahiri Mahasaya, Sri Yukteswar Giri, and Paramhansa Yogananda. Babaji’s mission is the spiritual upliftment of humanity through the sacred practice of Kriyayog.
At Kriyayog Mission Foundation, we follow the authentic teachings of Mahavatar Babaji as transmitted through Maa Rudratmika ji. The Foundation serves as a bridge between the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas and the modern seeker.
